Water pressure regulator for the Lunar Module Environmental Control System
Manufactured by Hamilton Standard.
Limits the water management section pressure to 0.5 to 1.0 psi above suit circuit pressure.
The regulator body is made of aluminum.
Wires through the assembly bolt heads would prevent vibration from unscrewing the bolts.
The
diagram
is a cross section view of the regulator (from Hamilton Standard documentation).
Seals protect the ports from contamination and would allow this spare unit to be ready for installation.
